Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at timestar786786@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items are not eligible for returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
